Looks like the Silent Gamer guys are putting something together for us q2 players!

very very sexy map list

im glad i talked with shun before he set it in stone, he was gonna put colour and ztn2dm5 on the map list >_<

however... this is kinda gonna be rape

slugs focus and naym out class the rest of the list... after that its probably reflex and me with me having the slight edge because i play more 1v1 recently than he does... then the rest are kinda gonna get squashed :/

does the addition of the lower bracket mean its gonna be double elim? i might do pretty damn good if its double elim

wondering who the hell the hold spots are for... cause... not like any quakelive pro would fair decently, naym is a top player and will win this... third hold went to mrsd and hes not too impressive in a quake2 duel :/ so im confused

Yeah we (jehar mostly) fought off colour. I've never seen a duel on it, but it did play as a pretty fun ffa map.

mrsd was one of them. Going to try to contact scooby, but past that I can't seem to remember. lol

lol well jehar and me told him colour was a bad choice... i pm'd him a full list of maps loved by the community right now so he wouldnt pick something that no one plays or that no one likes

gotta wonder now though, 10 minute or 15?

jehar was saying 10 due how long it would take to cast... but its really odd to see a quake2 duel tourney without a 15 time limit :/ 15 just seems a lot better for the actual better player to win, a lot more can happen in 15 minutes than in 10

im assuming its gonna be ten minute rounds, but im hoping its 15
