Background Story
=========

It is the year 1997.  The Earth is threatened by the evil plans of Dr. Destruction 
and his Death Ray, pointed at Earth and ready to destroy all who oppose him.  Luckily,
the President of Earth has sent Zack Laser in to the rescue (that's you) to fight
Dr. Destruction and his evil minions.
