Skin for TMNT by henry yau
	to be included with the model fix.

Some complained that Dweezil's skin was too 
pixelated, so I made another skin.  I don't 
think its better, but its not a pixelated.

Since this is my first ever skin, it has a 
bunch of cruddy mistakes (just look at how
dark it is)
