You should unzip all these files into quake2\baseq2\players\vincent.

Vincent is one of the robots from a film called "The Black Hole". So far I've only made one skin for this model, but I may get round to making red and blue capture the flag team skins. Watch out for my next two Black Hole models - Bob and Maximillion.
