*Instructions*
The easiest way to take care of installing this is to unzip it into your baseq2 directory (NOT baseq2\maps as there is more here than just the map file)
Or if you like to be safe (as I often do), unzip it into a temp directory and you will see where evrything goes.
If you already unzipped it and just found out that there's a bunch of extra stuff in your baseq2\maps folder now, here is where you need to move everything
-all of the Lear_* files go into baseq2\env
-all of the .WAL files go into baseq2\textures\Mrclean
-all of the .WAV files go into baseq2\sound\misc

Single Player           : Not unless you enjoy being the only one in the map!
Cooperative             : No
Deathmatch              : most definitely!
Player load		: 4-10 (6+ recommended)
Difficulty Settings     : No
New Sounds              : yes
New Graphics            : yes

Editor(s) used          : QERadiant .135
Build Time              : ~3 weeks
Compile time		: ~7 minutes w/BSP, FullVIS, ArghRad
